Weapons:
M2A1 Flamethrower: So, one thing that surprised me was the absence of the legendary (or infamous) M2 Flamethrower. The main reason it's so well known is because of what it does. It's been a thing since WWII, but became extinct when fire-breathing weaponry and use of fire in war was banned. There are surviving examples of the M2 Flamethrower I believe, but regardless it should definitely be a useable weapon in the dlc. We've got a flame tank for crying out loud, so why not include the portable furnace of death as a handheld weapon since it was a handheld weapon?
The ArmaLite AR-10: Nothing much to say about it.
The ArmaLite AR-15: This one should go without saying. Having the M16 and its variants is one thing, but having the Black Rifle crushing skulls is awesome. In 1961, ten of these monsters were used in Vietnam and the users were very pleased to have it as their primary, to the point they preferred their AR-15s over other weapons. It wasn't actually designed for Military use, but it sure as hell was popular in the Military during Vietnam.
The AK-47: Now, this is kind of an interesting take. We have two AKs. One is an AK and one is the Type 56 automatic rifle. The type of AK that came with the recent update, was never specified. It was just an AK assault rifle, which is kind of silly. The AK is history and history is important when it comes to automatic rifles like the AK. It may be an AK-47, but I'd feel more comfortable with an actual AK-47 in SOG Prairie Fire. If the AK Assault Rifle is an AK-47, then it should be named so, as naming it AK assault rifle makes it harder to tell what kind of AK it actually is.
Colt 1911A1: Yeah, this is probably the M1911 that's already in the dlc, but I'm really not sure, so it's better to be safe than sorry. If anyone wants to clarify, go right ahead.
Colt Python: One of my favorite Black Ops revolvers and one of my favorite revolvers regardless, this .357 beast definitely needs to be in the dlc for US Forces.
The Quiet Special Purpose Revolver: Chambered in .44 Magnum. It would actually be the first revolver/handgun chambered for .44 Magnum in Arma 3, as a dlc weapon. The tunnel rats used this handgun.
The AKM: This baby was also used in Vietnam. Need I say more? These were used by South Vietnamese and US Forces that captured the weapons.
The M1C/D Garand: If both aren't already in the dlc.
Remington Model 700: Yes, R700s were used in the Vietnam War. They, equipped with Redfield 3-9X variable zoom scopes were actually the primary sniper rifles of American Troops in the Vietnam war.
Beretta M12: These were used in limited numbers by U.S. Embassy security units.
The IMI Uzi: I'm not sure if this one is in the dlc, but I'll just suggest it to be safe. The UZO was used by US Special Operations Forces and some South Vietnamese. They were supplied from Israel.
The Ithaca 37 Pump Action Shotgun: It was used by the US and ARVN
Remington Model 10: Pump-action shotgun used by US Forces
Remington Model 31: Used by the US Army, US SEALs, and the ARVN
Remington Model 870: Main shotgun used by US Forces after 1966.
Remington Model 11-48: Semi-auto shotgun used by the US Army.
Savage Model 720: One of the most successful semi-auto shotguns and was developed by John Browning. Production stopped entirely on 1988.
HK21: Oh yeah, one of my favorites. Fell in love with the HK21 GPMG since MWII. Great fire-rate, hard hitting and well has a lot of recoil.
M9 and M20 Super Bazooka: The M9 was used by ARVN forces while the M20 Super was used by US Forces.
Mark 19 Grenade Launcher: Automatic, belt-fed 40x53mm Grenade launcher.
XM202 Flash: What's the most hardcore launcher in the movies? The M202 flash. It's an experimental 4-shot rocket launcher that shoots 66mm Incendiary Rockets.
Napalm: Gelling and Chemical mix that burns really good.
