Hey everyone, I don't like talking about myself much but here we go!
My name is Maarten (which is also my username, how convenient), 26 years old and from the Netherlands. Before you ask, no I am not from Amsterdam and I also don't smoke Cannabis! I recently finished my bachelor in Industrial Engineering and Management and been heavily involved in the Quality Insurance of Prairie Fire for about 2 years now.
The first time I got in touch with the history of the Vietnam War was when I was about 13 and my high school history teacher had a hangover. Teacher with a hangover? Right, roll in the TV and it's movie time. Full Metal Jacket made quite the impression on me and I have been interested since. Also been having this animal mother avatar on the web since then!
When I joined Arma 2 during the height of the DayZ mod hype it didn't take me long to find Unsung and I've been hanging with Unsung groups ever since. When Rob asked me if I could help out on a special project I said yes of course 😉
Some other hobbies include strategical games, watching Stargate (I've met Teal'c!) and forest hikes. Oh and I'm a VIP in the Kitty Bar ...
