S.O.G.Prairie Fire and other DLCs and base game

Hi, I bought the S.O.G. Prairie Fire DLC, which looks great.
However, when I have this mod activated,

then in the campaign menu I see S.O.G. Prairie Fire campaign only, but the campaigns from the base game and from the CSLA DLC are not there

Likewise, single player missions

However, if teh S.O.G. Prairie Fire DLC I deactivate

then I can see all the campaigns from the base game and the CSLA DLC

and all single player missions

I have all Steam Workshop mods disabled.
I'm new to Arma 3, so I would like to ask you for help how to set DLC settings so that I can see all campaigns and all single player missions from the base game and both DLCs at the same time.
