How to make missions on the Cam Lao Nam map

How to make missions using the DLC and the Cao Lao Nam map ? or at least using the map for missions on dedi server.

Same here. Not sure if I'm being really thick but is this terrain available to Create missions on? Can't find it in the editor and no way to do it from the dlc menu

Launch your client with the SOG PF CDLC loaded.
Click Singleplayer
Click Editor
Choose the Cam Lao Nam map
