So my pal set up a MP server, direct connect, we spawned in and moved to Acav team, got skilled up as engineers and took some building supplies off to build a FOB. But everything we tried to build remained red, couldnt construct anything. Is there another parameter we are missing in the settings for the MP server to allow us to build? Are we too close to another base - or too far away?

Did you bring Sandbags, and shovels?

Yes we did, small building supplies, sandbags, shovels, workshop tools, we were trying to build just inside a red zone - are there any restrictions on where you can build or does the map have to be running for 20 mins before being allowed to build? Anything like that?

That's odd. Maybe it was the terrain you were building on? If not then perhaps there is a time limit.

no wasnt the terrain, everywhere i waved the sndbags they stayed red, the area was flat but with a few low bushes. I thought it might be due to trying to build in a red zone but maybe its a glitch?
