Issue with a number of weapons, at this time I found it mostly on handguns. While in case of long-guns it's just a cosmetic thing, in handguns it makes headshots (for quick sentry elimination) tricky - you need to know which part of sight use to aim (in most cases POA is on the front sight).
Affected weapons:
.38 Colt Detective - okay, this one has sights aligned, but zero is off - you need to aim 30-50 centimeters below your target (for example, aiming at middle/bottom of chest will give you headshot at 20-30 meters range)
Browning Hi-Power
S&W Model 10 - sights mis-aligned, but also POI is high just like with .38 Colt
M1911
M712 Mauser Schnellfeuer
Mk22 Hush-Puppy - it's also one of few weapons where POA is on rear sight
Makarov
Tokarev
Welrod
K-50M
M1/M2 Carbine - sight alignment is OK, but 100 meter zero is off - POI is low*
M16 - sights mis-aligned, except XM148 version
M1891 Mosin - sights mis-aligned for zero higher than 200m
M1938 Mosin - sights mis-aligned past 800m zero
MAS-49/56 - sights ok, 100m zero is off (POI is low)*
MAS-49/56 rifle grenade sight - grenade will impact about 50 meters behind the target, if you set your zero correct (easy to check in Virtual Arsenal - set zero to 50, aim at the dude 50 meters away, fire and you'll hit near the dude at 100 meters range)
M79 - sights mis-aligned for 75m zero
MAT-49 - sights mis-aligned for suppressed version, also muzzle proxy on folded variant is too low (regular barrel is clipping out of suppressor)
MP-40 - sights ok, 100m zero is off (POI is low)*
PK
PPS-43 and 43/52 - sights mis-aligned and low POI for 100m zero
RPD - sights mis-aligned, high POI for 100m zero (if you aim with front sight, POA/POI is achieved with rear sight like Mk22)*
- may be true for other zero settings too
