The advantages of having Ais (artificial intelligence) in warlords gamemode:

It goes faster taking the green sectors when you are alone and 31 ais attack them. Thereby it goes faster meeting the OPFOR enemy.
The disadvantages of having Ais (artificial intelligence) in warlords gamemode:

The first problem with having 63 ais storming the green sectors, is that the ais does all the work for you. You do not get any chance to do anything when attacking the sectors.

When the main factions (BLUEFOR and OPFOR) meet at one sector, it is almost impossible to move forward for both factions.
Conclusion
I personally think that all ais should be removed and make the players make the decision when to attack and what to attack. I still think that all players should get the option to buy ais.
I think It takes all fun out of the gamemode when 31 ais does all the work for you and I think many that plays warlords can agree with me on that one. You could argue it goes slow at the beginning of the game when there are only one or two players attacking the sector, but more people will eventually join as the time progresses. And I know this from experience when playing warlords on altis where there are no ais attacking the sectors.
All in all, its more fun when the players makes all the decisions/work and not the ais.
WISH: It would be awesome to have a warlords server without ais.
