Is wire tapping possible in user created missions

Hi guys, I’m looking through the gear in Arsenal we have the wire tapping kit.

what I’m wondering is how we can use this in a mission is there a script or module to designate some transmission lines that we can tap?

I feel like I’m missing something simple and will facepalm when it’s revealed
